Description
The Kiridashi is based on a traditional Japanese utility-knife design, comparable in practical purpose to a Western pocket knife. Its compact format is suited to everyday utility tasks such as whittling, carving and paring. Cold Steel® has adapted the classic design into a folding version with a classically shaped blade made from 4116 stainless steel, a comfortable Griv-Ex™ handle designed to resist rot, cracking, warping and mildew, and a Tri-Ad® locking mechanism.
