The Cold Steel SR1 Tanto Point is a robust folding knife developed by custom knife maker Andrew Demko, drawing design inspiration from the Cold Steel SRK. Its minimalist construction prioritises practical utility, with a 5 mm thick blade made from American CPM-S35VN premium powdered steel. The blade has an angular, reinforced point profile and a satin finish, creating a hardwearing design suited to demanding outdoor and professional tasks. The handle is made from premium coarse-textured G-10 and incorporates heat-treated nested steel liners, an integrated lanyard hole and contours designed for a comfortable, secure grip in cold or wet conditions, including when wearing heavy gloves. Cold Steel's Tri-Ad® locking mechanism provides dependable lock strength and resistance to shock and impact, while a reversible pocket clip supports convenient carry.
