Tenable Bison

Designed by Ray Laconico, the Tenable Bison takes the familiar form of a folding Bowie-style knife in a more robust and expressive direction. Its 82.3mm clip-point blade is made from Nitro V stainless steel, hardened to 58–60 HRC and finished in blackwash. A flat grind provides versatile cutting performance, while the defined point supports accurate, controlled work. Black and white G10 handle scales with a machined frag pattern provide texture, durability and a distinctive modern appearance. The ball-bearing pivot promotes smooth operation, and the liner lock keeps the blade firmly in position when open. At 186.7mm overall and 92.7g, the Bison balances capable proportions with a compact, lightweight build suited to practical use and collection.
