The Tenable Gideon is a distinctive folding knife designed by Dead Sober Design. Its flowing form pays tribute to the designer's canine companion, Gideon, whose name was inspired by a mythical dragon. Scale-like backspacer jimping, a sweeping handle and a purposeful clip-point blade give the knife a cohesive character without compromising practical utility. Its 3.5-inch Nitro-V blade uses a flat grind for controlled, efficient cutting and a blackwash finish that complements the purple Micarta handle. A liner lock provides secure blade retention, while the thumb hole and ball-bearing system deliver smooth operation. Weighing 103.2 g and measuring 203.5 mm overall, the Gideon balances capable performance with comfortable handling and practical pocket-clip attachment.
