Tenable Goblin L

Designed by Marshall Noble, the Tenable Goblin L develops the original Goblin concept into a larger and more capable folding knife while retaining balanced, practical proportions. Its broad sheepsfoot blade measures 78.2 mm and uses a flat grind for controlled, efficient cutting. The authentic 110-layer JD-110 Damascus steel is forged from 10Cr15CoMoV and 9Cr18MoV, producing a distinctive water-ripple pattern with a hardness of 58–60 HRC. The bronze-anodised aluminium handle combines a bold finish with an amphibian-inspired geometric texture that improves grip and gives the knife its recognisable character. A ball-bearing system supports smooth one-handed opening through the jimped front tab, finger-flick action or thumb hole, while the liner lock provides straightforward blade retention during use. Measuring 193.3 mm overall and weighing 129 g, the Goblin L is completed by a bent pocket clip for practical storage and transport.
