Tenable Heron

Designed by Johan Jordaan, the Tenable Heron is a practical folding knife created for fishing, camping and general outdoor utility. Its 79.5 mm leaf-shaped Nitro V blade features a flat grind and rose-gold finish, providing a versatile profile for controlled slicing, carving, material preparation and detailed cutting tasks. The opening hole and ball-bearing pivot support smooth one-handed operation without the need for a flipper. The black aluminium handle has a neutral, comfort-focused shape suited to a range of hand sizes and grip styles. Fine micro-milling adds useful texture while maintaining the Heron’s clean, functional appearance. A crossbar lock provides secure blade lock-up, while the 180 mm overall length and 104.5 g weight make this a well-balanced choice for outdoor equipment and everyday utility tasks.
